Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refunds:

Refunds are available for event tickets up to 3 days prior to the event start date.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@riyadhevents.com with your order details.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the ticket purchase process.
Please allow 3 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

2. Transfers:

If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.
To transfer your ticket, please contact our customer support team at info@riyadhevents.com with the name and email address of the individual receiving the ticket.

3. Event Cancellation:

In the rare event that we must cancel an event, attendees will be notified promptly via email.
Full refunds will be issued automatically to all ticket holders for the canceled event.
We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.

4. Event Postponement:

If an event is postponed to a later date, all purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund following the procedure outlined above.

5. Non-refundable Services:

Please note that certain services, such as processing fees or VIP upgrades, may be non-refundable.
